RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS EASY. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION AS BELOW FOR YOUR RETURN. IF YOU STILL HAVE ANY QUESTION, PLEASE EMAIL US( Please be sure to include Order Number in the subjet line). WE WILL PROVIDE THE DETAIL RETURN PRODUCT INSTRUCTION WITHIN 24 HOURS BY EMAIL TO YOU AGAIN. THANK YOU.

STEP 1:
Please use the ” Return Service Label “, which has been included in your package for return. Fill it out and attached it on the return package.

STEP 2:
Customer will response for the return shipping fee, and we recommand USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship back the product. Remember to record the tracking #.

STEP 3:
All return orders will be processed within 3-5 working day from the day we receive the return package. If you have any question about the status of your return, please email us:techsupport@enetshoponline.com.

Limited Warranty Statement

Enet Marketing, Inc.’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Enet Marketing, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that new Enet Marketing, Inc. products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the standard warranty period from the date of original purchase.

For replacement computer products the warranty on the replacement computer products is the remainder of the warranty on the original computer products or 14 days, whichever is longer.

If you discover a defect, Enet Marketing, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Enet Marketing, Inc. facility as directed. Computer products must be packaged in Enet Marketing, Inc. Original packaging or Enet Marketing, Inc. approved packaging to obtain warranty service.

For warranty service, contact Enet Marketing, Inc. at help@enetshoponline.com to obtain a “Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.” A copy of the receipt or a bill of sale bearing the appropriate Enet Marketing, Inc. model number will be required for warranty service.

The warranty applies only to the Enet Marketing, Inc. products that can be identified by the “Enet Marketing, Inc.” trademark, trade name or logo affixed to them as a “Seal” on The Product(s). Enet Marketing, Inc. does not warrant any product that is not manufactured by, for or with permission from Enet Marketing, Inc.. This warranty is not applicable to (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect; (iii) damage caused by the equipment or system with which the product is used or during installation; (iv) damage caused by modification or repair not made nor authorized by Enet Marketing, Inc.; or (v) products whose Enet Marketing, Inc. Serial Number has been removed or defaced.

This warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. Enet Marketing, Inc. specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement. No Enet Marketing, Inc. dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Enet Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with Enet Marketing, Inc. products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Claims:

All claims for shipment shortage and errors must be reported within 24 hours to Enet Marketing at 866-850-3638 or help@enetshoponline.com from which the order received. Otherwise, Enet Marketing is not responsible for such claim. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error.

Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver. However, you may call 866-850-3638 customer service to help facilitate your claim.

Claims for lost shipments should be reported to Enet Marketing. We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. Sometimes, as in the case of UPS, we can trace the shipment the same day. Shipments by other carriers may take two to seven working days to track. In any event, we are committed to work with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.

** IMPORTANT ** REQUIRED steps for all returns:

MUST enclosed a copy of the invoice or receipt with your name and shipping address. Without the proper documentation, the package will be returned without any notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with delivery confirmation for the warranty. Insurance is not required but highly recommended. Return packages must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID to the return address that is on the packing slip. Please send them with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, insurance is not required but highly recommended. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned packages incurred during the shipping process.

INCOMPATIBILITY IS CONSIDERED NON-DEFECTIVE issues, PLEASE DO NOT return the products for replacement. Incompatible products could be returned for UPGRADE (within 30 days) or REFUND (within 30 days). All defective products will be accepted by Enet Marketing for credit, same-item exchange at our discretion within 30 days of the invoice date.

Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. Enet Marketing reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancy could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

Enet Marketing, Inc. reserves rights to cancel any order without reason and is not responsible for any typographical errors.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE BRAND NEW, NOT REFURBISHED, UNLESS NOTED. ALL PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY ONE YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY (EXCEPTS VIDEO GAMING PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE COVERED BY 30 DAYS WARRANTY), UNLESS NOTICED.

RETURNS FOR REFUND WITHIN 30-DAYS OF INVOICE DATE OF YOUR PRODUCT. ALL REFUNDS, UNLESS DEFECTED, ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON VIDEO GAMING PRODUCTS. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Batteries are non-refundable and non-returnable products.
